We have seen this issue as the result of multiple problems, the first and
most common is Fan Failure or Bad RAM. The far worse cause has been caps on
the motherboard going bad. We have lost 2 RaQ4's to this particular issue
over the years, if you have physical access to the machine pull the cover
and check the fans. While your in there make a close visual inspection of
all the capacitors, make sure they are not domed or split, pay particular
attention to the ones located around the CPU socket.
