Looks like the GUI setup session was never run, or did not finish correctly.

I've never owned a 550, but that was exactly my thought when I saw Gerald's first post. You may be able to recover by going through the setup. http://hostname.domain.tld or http://IP.add.res.s, NOT http://IP.add.res.s/admin.
I had a RaQ4 that was unforgiving for not having set it up before clicking that "Setup" button.
