It could be an incoming message from host 218.148.152.64 that arrived to
your server. Check lines below the ones you posted.
Anyway to see your mail status in real-time and to translate weired maillog
entries, you can install sendmail log Analysis that translates your maillog
to a brief html page .. see instructions below:
