Some ISP's only allow you to send mail off of their SMTP server if you are
connected through them.  Chances are, your last ISP was not one of them, and
your new one is.  I also have the same problem where I cannot use my SMTP
server on my co-lo RAQ2 because my ISP doesn't allow it.  It's just the way
it is unfortunately.  But what you can do is use your new ISP's outgoing
mail server to send mail through all of your accounts, it'll work then.
