[cobalt-users] how can I drop the host name from the email address (qube2)

When I create users, their email address is listed as
username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I would prefer it be listed as
username@xxxxxxxxxxx

I've got the domain setup so that email to username@xxxxxxxxxx works.
The problem is with the user page created by the qube that displays a
link for each users web page and email address.
