[cobalt-users] Schedualed Backups...and then restore...

I remember hearing that you can backup a RaQ fairly easily, but I remember 
hearing that restoring them doesn't work.  I would like to know if the 
restore command on a RaQ3 will actually work (will it restore all files in 
the backup)?? And if not, I remember something about stripping the headers 
off and then untaring the file and you will get your files back. Is this 
true?
