[cobalt-users] Mailman and Frontpage not working together

I am using a cgi script product called Mailman that
has been working fine until I started using frontpage.
 How when I run the script I get a CGI Wrap Error page
that says: Execution of (httpd) is not permitted for
the following reason: User not Privildged.

Any idea how to get this to stop?
