I know I'm not replying to you, Balázs, but rather to the person you're
replying to, but I've got over 300 emails to read since coming back from
Internet World 2000 and I don't have enough time to find the original
message, so I'll use yours to reply in context...

I think I've said it before, but I'll say it again:

Public IP#s are public record (at least they are once you set up your
DNS right), so you might as well give them to us so we can help you.

And private space IP#s are non-routable over the Internet, so it doesn't
compromise your security to let us help you.
