[cobalt-users] Disappearing Virtual Hosts From Admin Screen

Greetings,

Has anyone experienced an RaQ3 (or any other Cobalt product) that loses it's
virtual hosts? We had an entire RaQ3 fry this week (with 150 customers), and
we're now working with a replacement RaQ3. All our virtual hosts (IP based
and shared) have been manually re-entered within the last 3 days. But now
(sometimes) when we access the http://domain.com/admin section NONE of the
hosts show up in the browser. The RaQ3 just says "No Virtual Hosts Found,
Try Narrowing Your Search" (but we're not searching). We've also noticed
when accessing some users siteadmin sections from the admin panel, their
users don't appear in the browser as well. Also, some users have complained
that they can't access their sites via FTP using their userID and passwords
already configured (just not always showing in the screens).. Has anyone
else experienced this problem, and/or know of a solution...??
