IT is a utility for converting anyt image format to any format. I think it
has been around since the late eighties. It runs on a lot of platforms as
an entire imaginf package I believe. The only part I want to install is to
use PHP to convert full size .JPG's to 80x80 thumbnails and insert them
into a database for a gallery. The user would upload the photos via a
web-GUI and then let the script handle the rest.
