[cobalt-users] & sign in email addresses and usernames

I have a client who is moving his sites over to one of my servers, He has a
few email addresses set up with the & symbol in the address, and cannot
create the same email on the cobalt.
For example:
On his old host he would have  ted&bob@xxxxxxxxxx
But cannot create the same one on the cobalt. He has had these email
addresses for a number of years and does not want to give them up.
Is there somthing I can do to fix this problem??
