Mistake #1, posting in HTML. ;-)
Did you CHMOD 755 the script? CHMOD either 666 or 777 any counter
directories that need to be written to for the .dat files the program, (I'm
guessing), creates to keep track of the count.

Subject: [cobalt-users] CGI
I am trying to install a VERY simple CGI counter script on my RAQ3. This is
the fist time I have ever installed a CGI script on a unix box.
I have ftp'd the directory structure of the counter into my
www.sitename.com/cgi-bin/counter directory, which I created myself.. I then
reuploaded the *.cgi files using ascii rather than binary mode.. when i try
to execute the CGI script i get a "CGI WRAP ERROR" that is telling me
"Permission Denied, Error 13"..
Can anyone give me a clue as to what I might be doing wrong? Just as a
safeguard I did chmod 775 on the cgi files...
