[cobalt-users] Encrypted email RaQ2 to PC-Windows

I currently use a secure server with a page displaying orders for the
client to see.  The client wishes to receive a copy of orders via email
including the credit card information.  How are others handling this problem?

If I understand correctly, PGP does not work on the RaQ2.  Is this correct?
 I installed gpg on the server but the client machine is PC with Windows
and I don't think there is a version of gpg for PC's.

Does anyone know- if the server sends with gpg can the client decode with PGP?

I have considered a "symmetric" encode-decode method since it only the two
parties (this particular server and that particular PC) who will ever be
involved.  Does anyone know how this might be implemented?   I'm guessing
the client would need to install mySQL on their PC - which may be beyond
their technical expertise at this time.  Is there any other "off the shelf"
let'e-encrypt-between-you-and-me program?   

I can't possibly be the only person with this situation so I must have gone
astray somewhere.  HELPPPPPPP!
