[cobalt-users] [raq2] admin ftp -- can't create directories

if i telnet in as admin, and go to /home/sites/site12/web/ and type "mkdir
foo," it succeeds.

if i ftp in as admin, and go to /home/sites/site12/web/ and type "mkdir foo,"
it fails. (550 permission denied.)

[admin web]$ id
uid=110(admin) gid=100(users) groups=100(users) [snip] 123(site12) [snip]

[admin web]$ pwd
/home/sites/site12/web
[admin web]$ ls -al
total 108
drwxrwsr-x  24 httpd    site12       1024 Apr  5 15:22 .

i have these packages/fixes installed:
