Are you referring to placing restrictions on users or something that shows a pretty graph? Bandwidth limitation is already built into the O/S and GUI. If you want to see traffic utilization on each interface, you could install MRTG.. see more information at www.mrtg.org. You would install MRTG on localhost or another host and enable SNMP on your RaQ as that is how the interface stats are gathered.
