[cobalt-users] Backup Question

I get a "Document Contains No Data" error after my Raq2 has apparently
chugged through a backup request "All server configuration, email and user
files" and  "Backup all files" via the admin maintenance panel. 

Curiously I was able to successfully back up using  "All server
configuration" and "Backup all files", i.e.  after chug there was a file to
down load.

What is happening here?
