[cobalt-users] RAQ3i : errors occured while rotating /var/log/httpd/access

Hello,

On a hardly used machine which just has been installed, I keep getting these messages:

errors occured while rotating /var/log/httpd/access

error running prerotate script -- 
				leaving old log in place
---------------------------------
1. -Why- is it giving this error .
2. Has this any effect on something?
3. How to get things running correctly again.
