You only have to purchase a license if you install or provide MySQL as a service
for a third party. Even then it is only $200.

I did not mean to launch a war MyQSL vs PostreSQL. I just think that both are
excellent products, and none really outweighs the other so much that one could
say "Cobalt should only support MySQL" or vice versa.
