Seems to me this is the type of thing that should be covered in a Terms Of
Service Agreement for all clients. I include a section relating to this
because of a similar situation. While on the surface the effect might be
minimal. It could have great long term effects. Is this account worth the
headache. If it is be clear with this person what he is paying you for and
what you will tolerate.
