If you promised him his own IP and he points other domains to it, as long as
he doesn't generate lots of extra traffic, what's the big deal? I'm guessing
that he won't be able to set up any email for those domain names. If as Neil
suggests, you have him set up with virtual hosting, then he's out of luck.
