It's probably easier if you just use the db_sql include file instead of installing
the whole of phplib.
Look for the db_mysql.inc and include it into your files.
with phpshop though I think it requires the session management as well.
So you'll need to do this:
find your php3.ini file (maybe in /usr/local/lib)
add the php direcotry of the phplib install to your include path and set the
/php/prepend.php3 to your auto_prepend directive.
if you don't want to install phplib for all your system, you can include the
directives in an htaccess file (only if you're running the php apache module).
