I restrain myself from those urger, Dan.

Instead, I notify Network Solutions, or whoever accepted the domain
registration, that we have no agreement with that entity to host the
domain, and that the domain has NO nameservers of record.

Then when they delete the domain, if we like it we buy it.  All fair and
square <smile>.

My grandfather used to pronounce it more like "a gless tea" <smile>.  Do
you remember Alan Sherman's song, "seltzer boy"?
