Hi,
Just attempted to upgrade my Qube2 to 128MB of RAM. Bought a couple of 64Mb
SIMMs. (3.3V, 72pin, 50ns EDO). When I installed them, the Qube only saw
32Mb on each SIMM. I tried it with both SIMMs and a single SIMM. The SIMMs I
received were double sided; 8 chips, 4 per side.
It seems that the Qube may only be able to use single sided SIMMs so be
careful to specify single sided SIMMs when ordering. I didn't find any info
about this in the knowledgebase.
Anyone from Cobalt confirm this? Put it in the knowledgebase?
