[cobalt-users] httpd start/stop raq3

Does anybody know how to start/stop/restart httpd on a raq3, esp. with
regards to the admin pages (now that they use the same httpd binary)?
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop|start|restart only seems to affect httpd
processes related to port 80, and I have to kill httpd processes for the
admin pages seperately.  Am I missing a script which handles both admin
and standard web processes?
