Well first off, creating a home directory for each user isn't
difficult, most adduser scripts/programs do this automatically.

Second, this .procmailrc is only going into the account of the
ONE user that takes all the e-mail for the domain.

Third, You could put these recipies in the /etc/procmailrc
so that all mailboxes have this header added.

Another option, and please note, I have not tried this so I
may be barking up the wrong part of the sendmail tree here,
but one might also try editing either their sendmail.cf or 
the cfhead.m4 file, in the sendmail.cf file this looks like:

#########################
#   Format of headers   #
#########################

You want to add a line that reads something like:

HX-POP3-Rcpt-To: $u

where $u should hold the address.

Albeit, granted I don't know for sure if this writes it to
the spool file or is used for sending messages as my bat
book is currently at home.
