[cobalt-users] slow RaQ2

I have read a lot in the archives about the RaQ2 being slow, especially with
CGI.  My server is incredibly slow compared the the box we moved from a
couple of weeks ago.  Server side includes are so slow that they are
practically unusable.  I have a couple of questions.

Is there any acceptable solution on the RaQ2 that can speed up CGI / SSI?

Does the RaQ3 have the same problem?  I am considering just switching
everything to a RaQ3.
