[cobalt-users] New to Hosting, Please Help

Hi there,
We're starting a small hosting company. Currently we rent some server space,
but we're thinking of co-locating a Raq3.

I have a few questions, if you don't mind:

What are the advantages/disadvantages of IP Based over Name Based sites?

For economic reasons we're considering a 32mb/8.4Gb Raq3, please comment on
limitations and possibilities.

Would 1000 to 1500 web-email accounts severely affect the performance of
that server?

Please recommend a good price/good quality co-location provider, we're
considering DialtoneInternet and Infinity Interactive, please comment.

In the near future, we would like to host a free web-email site for a medium
sized city in Mexico. Can we use our Raq for that purpose, please comment.

If you have any sugestion you think might be of some help, please include
them.
