Hi Richard - and everybody else,

it contains a description where to send mails, i.e. (with some stuff
from the default Cobalt setup):
tiger@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx tiger
sends all mails to the user "tiger" at www.domain.tld to a local user
with the same name.
@www.domain.tld admin
sends all mails to unassigned users at www.domain.tld to the local user
"admin".
ted@xxxxxxxxxx ted.todd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
forwards all mails to user ted at domain.tld to an external email
account.
@domain.tld %1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
forwards all mails to the same user at www.domain.tld.
Got the system? There are some more possibilities, check sendmail
manual.
You can build the new table by ("#" is root-prompt):
# cd /etc
# /usr/bin/makemap hash virtusertable < virtusertable
AFAIK there is really not ".db" at the first "virtusertable", it get´s
added automatically. I did that yeserday ant it worked. Please backup
both files before you make changes.
Bye
Michael
