yes...you can test it real easy by turning your primary dns of...
we do so with the more critical websites. oifcourse you need to duplicate
everything....even though officially b is the 2ndary you let it work as
primary....
this is also a method of moving a machine from network to network w/o user
knowing it or any downtime
