You're not totally clear either <smile>.  Do you want them to have
separate websites?  Separate email?  Separate FTP, what?  Normally a
"host" is a machine, and for most of us we use "www" as virtual hosts. 
You can use anything you want, and have multiple hosts for one domain. 
Do you want a website at dino.seebolivia.com?  Or what?  Do you also
want access at <www.dino.seebolivia.com?  Or what?

Please give us a little more detail.
