How new is the machine?

You might be better off with a 99.00 restore disk.  Of course, the machine
has to be right there to be able to restore it.  And it sucks to pay out for
a machine and then to pay out for restore disk and any support. 30 days is
not enough.

I missed the beginning of the thread, so I don't know alot about your
situation.  Sorry.
