[cobalt-users] Routed FTP not working with Qube2

We have a Qube2 set up for FTP. Thing is, we have a registered
domain, but not a static IP address. We're using DSL.
We set up the ISPs system that hosts our domain to direct all FTP
commands to our local router. This router then directs all FTP commands
to our Qube2 set to a local IP address. We can ping and trace just
fine, but we just can't connect via FTP. It sits there forever and then
just times out.
This is how it works:
ISP's address for our ftp domain: 216.174.89.6 ---> router 10.1.1.1 on
local LAN, I dunno what it is via DSL ---> Qube2 10.1.1.2
Now, if I log in via our lan (using 10.1.1.2) it works just fine. All
permissions set correctly and whatnot. But if we try to log in via
216.174.89.6 it just sits there trying to connect. I'm not sure if its
a routing problem or the Qube just doesn't like it. I'm assuming the
connection is getting to the Qube because the lights blink alot when I
try this.
Any ideas? Thanks
