Can somebody do me a favor and e-mail me a copy of the file siteUserMod.cgi

I have been having problems where it says I do not have permission when i
try to modify a users password or something and Cobalt tech support has not
been able to help me with the know solutions.  I am hoping that just getting
a working file will fix it.

Preferably someone that has the 2.2 patch installed and it still works.
