In Cobalt's defense -- that is the entire point of the RaQ line.
It's a web appliance, it comes with a very precise layout, and
Cobalt is only investing enough time/energy into supporting what
they have setup rather than what everyone under the sun wants.

If you want an easy appliance for simple hosting -- a RaQ might
be what you're looking for.  If you want to get into a little
more muscle, well you'll have to get dirty under the hood somewhat
and pull out the Chevron...err O'Reilly books ;-).
