I don't think Microsoft has updated the Mac version of front page in
-ages-. Maybe that's the problem. (just a guess.)

Do you have older version(s) of Windoze FP?

Tell your customer to get BBEdit instead. :-) Or DreamWeaver/GoLive if she
doesn't wanna learn HTML.
