You're dealing with the root '/' partition now.  There really isn't
much you can do in such cases except look at what files you no longer
need in the /tmp directory and so forth.  

I don't understand why Cobalt chose to set a specific size in the
/ directory -- then write temporary files to this partition and
have the interface look for them there.  If this were multiple
drives and the / partition was much larger -- it would make sense,
as is, with RaQ and RaQ2, I think /tmp should be /home/tmp.

In fact, might not be a bad idea to do a:
	mkdir /home/tmp 
	rm -rf /tmp* && ln -sf /home/tmp /tmp

Which will result in most of your temporary files residing on
your /home partition which is probably where you actually have
extra space.
