[cobalt-users] Raq3 Directory Aliasing Question

On a Raq3, How do I create a shortcut (alias?) from:

/home/sites/site7/web/cgi-bin
to
/home/sites/site7/web/user-bins/site8

so that when a user from site 8 ftps into their cgi-bin they can view,add,
remove,edit and chmod  files but the files are actually residing in the
site7 usr-bins/site7 directory.

Reasoning: Site 7 has a secure cert and I need site8's cgi-bin (as well as
other sites cgi-bins) to be able to be called securely.
