PostgreSQL has a page that lists this if you go to
http://www.postgresql.org -- While PostgreSQL is not as fast
as MySQL, the reason is because it carries far more features.
PostgreSQL supports row locking, triggers, and most importantly
transactions accompanied by rollback.
