Richard,
It sounds like you have physical access to the RaQ. Connect a serial
console using a null modem cable. Set your terminal to 115kbps, 8N1.
Watch the console (terminal) as the server tries to boot. It should be
pretty clear what is broken when the messages stop scrolling.
