[cobalt-users] [RaQ3] HELP! Mailer Deamon problem

In the /home/sites/home/users/admin/ directory there WAS a file called 
"mbox" that I deleted by mistake.  (arrrrrrgh!!!)  Now everytime I SSH into 
the shell I get prompted that admin has new mail.  But when I go to check 
Pine there are no messages there.

In /home/spool/mail/ there's a message in the "admin" file that says this:

This text is part of the internal format of your mail folder, and is not
a real message.  It is created automatically by the mail system software.
If deleted, important folder data will be lost, and it will be re-created
with the data reset to initial values.

Any suggestions how I can fix this problem?
I don't know what was contained in the "mbox" file that I deleted by accident.
