edit your /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf.

For the PHP bit, add a line:
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .test

For the cgi/perl bit:
AddHandler cgi-script .html
you may also need to put these ".html" in the cgi-bin directory or fiddle
with ScriptAlias.

don't forget to restart apache.
