I just checked out their "commercial" version.  Sendmail Single
Switch...

Installation support is another $99.  After that, continuing support is
incredibly expensive:

1 Incident $ 219.00, 5 Incident Package $ 449.00, 10 Incident Package $
799.00, 15 Incident Package $ 1,119.00.

And you have to choose a platform:  I suppose MTA/Linux might work on a
RaQ3; I doubt it'd work on a RaQ2.  You also have to choose a Gui
platform.  Since I run my GUI on a Windows system, and that's not
supported, I guess.  I just called to try to find out, and the sales
department didn't even want to hear my question; they just connected me
to customer support.  Which answered with a voicemail message (of course
<wry grin>).  So I left a message.  Of course I didn't leave my support
contract number since I dont' have one.  Let's see if they call back
<wry grin, again>.
