Use:

http://123.12.12.12:81/.cobalt/siteManage/www.domain.com/index.ht
ml

In the above, replace the "123.12.12.12" with the domain's IP
number and www.domain.com with the domain's name. Make sure the
"M" in siteManage is upper case.
