[cobalt-users] HELP!! "Nobody" not Privileged!?!

I just added about 6 security patches to my RAQ2 and all of sudden most of
my cgi scripts don't work anymore.  How can I fix this?  

Here is one of the errors that I am getting most often:
Execution of (nobody) is not permitted for the following reason: 
User not Privileged.

How can I fix this?  How can I give "nobody" privileges?  Please help, this
is really hurting business. 

I am a beginner so please let the instructions out in detail.
