Okay, I'll buy that. But I never was suggesting or even discussing changing
ANY file on the RaQ. I was merely suggesting that "/web" was a shorter
version of "../../web" for placement in the appropriate field (Initial Remote
Host Directory) in the FTP client so that the user would be taken to the
directory of the main web site upon login.
Apparently someone combined or confused that response with somebody else's
message regarding modifying the /etc/passwd file or something.
