[cobalt-users] RAQ2 Overloaded? HELP?

Hello, I have a RAQ2 and currently it is only housing about 7 sites and none
of them are very popular.  The server is maxed out at 256MB of RAM and 13
Gig HD.  I get about 20-50 email messages a day from it claiming that it is
overloaded CPU AND MEM.  I look in "top" and there are not any weird program
running or any eating all the CPU or MEM but the average work load is 30+!!!
What can I do to figure out what is eating all the CPU and MEM or what do
you suggest for me to do to fix this.

I know little to nothing about running the server, but until now it was
maintenance free!  All help is appreciated.
