[cobalt-users] modify default web page on raq2

I cannot find the /etc/skel/group/en_US/web directory. I am using the RAQ2,
could this be why that directory isn't there? I can find a index.html file
under /etc/skel/group directory. is this the holder for all the default user
web sites? also will changes to this directory also affect the default user
websites of virtual domain users? thanks in advance.

Find the index.html files in /etc/skel/group/en_US/web

You'll see placeholders in the HTML for [DOMAIN] etc, just change the page
around to include your preferred details, upload new version and 'hey
rpesto' all new virtual sites will use that initial page.

(Also fins an index.html in /etc/skel/user/en_US/web which is for the user
startup pages (same principal tho)
