Hi, having some hassles on a RaQ3, thanks for any help
-Leon
I'm trying to install IMP (Imap webMail Program) on the raq3 and I have
encountered the following problem:
I have to recompile the php module to add support for IMAP, and when running
the php configure script, it says :
==================================================================
WARNING: You have chosen to compile PHP with a different compiler
as you used for compiling Apache.
Current compiler: gcc
Apache's compiler: cc
This might result in an unusable PHP module and linking problems.
==================================================================
What I've tried :
*) to use cc instead of gcc ? cc is a link on gcc, so I can't use cc.
*) to use the php module anyway => apache segfaults at startup, as expected.
*) to recompile apache with gcc => there's a problem when building mod_perl
into apache, so I don't know how they did compile their apache.
Any help would be appreciated...
Note : I'm using php 3.0.14 and apache 1.3.6 which are defaults on a raq3.
Thanks,
Alexandre
