1)  It'll use expensive closed source software.

2)  You'll have to reboot it each time you install a new service or
reconfigure any of it's installed services, or change an IP# it listens
on.

3)  You'll learn to appreciate the joys of hosting on the most hacked
software architecture that currently exists,

4)  You'll have a perfect user interface, absolutely perfect, from the
first day.
