In the GUI! sheesh, people.

go to control panel -> DNS.

ON raq1.yourdomain.com, find your domain, and from the popup menu, choose
a "Secondary nameserver (NS) record". fill in raq2.yourdomain.com.

on raq2.yourdomain.com, find your domain, and from the popup menu, choose
"secondary nameservice for domain" and type in the IP number for
raq1.yourdomain.com.

don't forget to update the records with your registrar.
